What is CISM? CISM is the acronym for one of the largest international sportingorganizations:
CONSEIL INTERNATIONAL DU SPORT MILITAIRE (International Military Sports Council) The CISM was founded in Cannes (France) on 18 February 1948 by the following five
countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
Today, its members are the armed forces of 132 countries.
Its motto is:
